So, what is Myotherapy?

‘Myotherapists provide evidence-informed assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions’.
But what does that mean for you?
Your Myotherapist is trained to assess your pain, movement and restrictions to make an informed diagnosis and create an effective treatment plan. This plan might involve some hands-on treatment such as dry needling, cupping, mobilisation, massage and stretching as well movement, strength and education.
