Alana, Kahli and Rach are so proud to bring you MVMT by Stretchy Collective. They are all allied health professionals with a passion for movement and helping clients to live their life to its fullest!
Alana
Alana fell in love with Pilates after a friend dragged her to a 6am Mat class in 2013.
Completing her Mat training in 2019, she continued her training with Polestar Australia in 2020.
Alana loves the way you can utilise the spring tension to assist someone achieve a movement and challenge them all at the same time! However.. nothing beats the mat. The mat never lies and it's a wonderful way of learning what your body can and can't do whilst challenging yourself to be able to do more.
As a Myotherapist, Alana has a clinical eye and a strong focus on technique. Her experience in rehabilitation and injury management helps her with work members in a group setting to manage injuries whilst working towards getting stronger and feeling your best!
Outside of work, Alana spends time with her family, plays touch rugby, enjoys a nice glass of red and walking her senior-pup Dexter.

Kahli
Kahli is an avid yogi, Yoga Teacher, Paediatric Occupational Therapist, handstand-lover, and toddler mum!
Having dabbled in yoga during high school, Kahli found yoga for herself at the age of twenty and fell in love with the practice - hard! Every time she steps onto her yoga mat, Kahli finds her happy place, a space just for her to explore, to laugh, to cry, to play, and to breathe.
Kahli is passionate about sharing the soothing power of yoga with others, which is why she became a teacher. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Jenni Morrison-Jack at Ihana Yoga, and mentoring under Karen Shelton at Tidal Flow Yoga. She has also completed foundational training in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), which is the first yoga-based, empirically validated clinical intervention for complex trauma. Kahli has also completed Kids Yoga training through Rainbow Kids Yoga and, drawing from her knowledge and experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, has developed a unique Kids Yoga Program that builds motor skills, postural strength, interoceptive awareness, accommodates sensory processing differences, and respects different ways of thinking, learning, and interacting.
Kahli brings equal parts play and calm to her classes. She loves to take students through creative flows and nurture awareness of body, mind, and breath. Kahli is particularly passionate about modifying the physical practice to ensure accessibility for all yogis, and helping yogis with “busy brains” to find a meditative state, be that through movement, breath work, guided visualisation, or supported meditation practices.
